1. Service Agreements

The services provided by Kiwi Cleaners are subject to the following terms and conditions. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Our cleaning services include residential and commercial cleaning, as specified in your service agreement.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Liability and Damage

Kiwi Cleaners is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages that occur to items that are not properly secured or are inherently fragile. Clients are responsible for securing valuable items before the cleaning service.

5. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the cleaning area is safe and free of hazards. Please inform us of any specific cleaning needs or areas that require special attention prior to the service.

6. Changes to Terms

Kiwi Cleaners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to clients. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
