Built Around Your Booking Calendar
Short-term rentals don't run on a normal cleaning schedule. They run on the gap between checkout and check-in, which is sometimes only a few hours. We book around your calendar, with same-day and back-to-back turnover slots, so a late checkout doesn't turn into a cancelled reservation.
What Every Turnover Includes
- Beds made with fresh linens and towels laid out, using your linen sets.
- Full bathroom reset: toilet, shower, tub, glass and vanity cleaned and dried so there are no water spots in the photos guests take.
- Kitchen reset: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave and fridge shelves wiped; dishes washed and put away.
- Supplies restocked from your stock: toilet paper, soap, dish soap, coffee and tea.
- Garbage and recycling out, bins relined.
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, mirrors and glass streak-free.
- A final walkthrough checking the things guests notice first: under the bed, inside the shower drain, the top of the fridge, the remote control.
We Tell You What We Find
Turnover cleaners are the first people to see the unit after a guest leaves. If something is broken, missing or damaged, we photograph it and send it to you before the next guest arrives, so you can claim through the platform while the evidence is fresh. Low supplies get flagged too, so you're not finding out from a guest message.
Pricing
- Studio or one bedroom: from C$120
- Standard turnovers: C$100 to C$200 depending on size and bathrooms
- Larger homes (five bedrooms and up): quoted per property
- Add-ons such as inside the oven, inside the fridge or balcony cleaning: C$20 to C$40 each
